Pimples. I hate pimples, and I am 1000% sure you do too. Wait, who doesn’t hate pimples? These are those unwanted spots which naturally appear on your beautiful face out of no where, literally.

I have literally gotΒ zits on every part of my face, once in my life: eyelid (yes! My pimple didn’t even shy away from appearing on my eyelid), nose, cheeks etc. And every single time I have looked for a mixed bag ofΒ ways to hide them away because who wants to show off that huge pimple right on the centre of their nose? Clearly, not me.

I have tried my hand at hiding these zits by smearing my face with foundation, BB creams and if these things fizzled out, I tried to conceal my face with huge hats, glasses and scarves. Trust me, I didn’t leave anything untouched. Let me know what all you tried, I am really interested haha!

Now that I have finished blowing the gaff about the amazingly disgusting thing..let’s talk about my first pimple story.

I believe I was 13-14 years old when I got my first pimple..and I had just entered the overly criticised teenage world, so now you could have imagined how my behaviour must have been. All I wanted to do was look my best at all times, be nice to everyone (even the person I absolutely loathed) and be away from my parent’s scoldings.

And one fine day, I got a pimple; just like that. It appeared on my cheek and made itself very very visible. You must have guessed it! I was utterly vexed. Fortunately, on the day I got it, it wasn’t the first day of school or anything special like that..it was just a normal school day. So I wasn’t that crazy teenage girl running around finding a God gifted way to hide that enormous spot on my worried face. But, I wasn’t calm either! I just didn’t want to be distracted with my pimple the whole day in school (truth: I didn’t want anyone to see me on that day)

Therefore, I bunked school. Easy-peasy! Although, I won’t encourage any of you all to do the same thing as me because when I think of it now, it was a bad decision and not to forget a silly thing of me to do. Because, pimples come and go and now that we are living in such an advanced world, there are gazillion ways to prevent a pimple and when you get it, to vanish it away.

And my favourite way to do this is by using Himalaya’s Purifying Neem Face Wash. It is, as said by Himalaya, a soap-free, herbal formulation that gently removes impurities and prevents pimples.

What else do you need? Not only, will it keep your face clean but also prevent pimples! I would suggest you get this right now!

Also, I have used this and I found it veryyyy promising. Let us say bye to those unwanted pimples!

I have also had a lot of pimples on every part of my face and they only seem to be going away now. They can be really painful and make me feel a bit insecure so I love that you shared your experience πŸ™‚

Great blog. Talking of first pimples bring back memories. I’m 32 and I still get them, but at least it gets easier to laugh about them.
